Good morning! Theres not a lot to report right now, but I thought it was time to check in with you. Behind the scenes, plans are being made and people are busy with sketch pads and carpet samples. But here at the Student Prince, a few of us are plugging away with endless piles of bookwork as we prepare to turn the business over. Its a very different environment here right now. No crowds of people, not a lot of ringing phones. And, worst of all, no lovely aromas of food wafting into the office. In fact, our diet nowadays consists of packages of oyster crackers and stuffed green olives. I actually go home hungry! . Jason did an amazing job ordering food in our last chaotic week. He figured things out so that we had enough food to feed the hungry hoards who came to pay us one last visit. And there wasnt too much left over, but we did still have some extra food left in our larders. Weve made numerous trips to the Rescue Mission to drop off perishable items. Ill bet theyve never eaten as many mushrooms as they have in the past week. Weve received some wonderful, heartfelt notes from some of our longtime friends. Thanks to all for the kind words.
