Good morning. Thought I would show you this patch of wild flowers from Holbeach Park. I should have taken them the week before as they are almost finished now. They were very pretty though and I loved the thought behind them. Keep fit went well for Mum, although not for me. We did the exercises sitting on chairs and I could feel my back pulling so next time I will be standing up. Never exercised seated before and dont think I will do it again lol. By the way, the lady sitting next to me was 90 years of age. Not good for my ego lol. Off to do some gardening at Mum n Dads. He is taking the car to Spalding for Service so I am Mum sitting haha.
