Good morning! Welcome to another Friday edition of the Super Morning Show! Today as always, promises to be exciting! Our Unique Achiever for the week is Cephas Torkonoo - When Cephas went blind at 29, he had to give up on his academic pursuits and subsequently lost his job. Fast forward to 2014 and Cephas is a Chevening Scholar with an MA in Corporate Social Responsibility and a BSc in Admin & Human Resource. The challenges hes had to overcome to get this far continue to be what motivates him to go higher. He is also the founder of PIIF.ORG, an NGO dedicated to the cause of persons with disability. Today, we hear the story of Cephas Torkonoo. On our relation conversation today, we seek to answer the question what would be your reaction if your child told you he/she wanted to marry a physically challenged person? Our Panelists: Dr. Peter Obeng-Asamoah the Executive Director of Ghana Blind Union, Alex Williams holds a Masters in Disability Studies and is an ICT teacher at the University of Ghana Elsie Dogbey is a teacher at the Kaneshie 2 JHS, she teaches RME.
