Good morning! Working on sculpting my booty. Day 4 Challenge accepted:))) Try doing this workout: Keep your chin up Keep your back straight Legs wide is sumo squats Pulse 4 times Hold for second in sumo squat position Reach out all the way back Hold/fixate your booty in that position, dont move Reach out with hands all the way upfront Hold tight Slide your booty closer to your arms now 4 times If you do it correctly your abs, tights and glutes (awesome booty) will be in good pain Tell me what you think!
