Good morning again. On the 18th of August we will be holding our AGM and we encourage you to attend. This is where we justify our actions from throughout the year and it gives you an opportunity to meet those who may want to run for a position in 2015. This does mean that elections are right around the corner. The list of all the roles and their associated obligations have been put up in the 8th floor common room. I greatly encourage you to at least consider taking up a position on SOULS, it is a great opportunity to get mixed up in the community and meet some fantastic people. If you are interested and would like some more information please PM SOULS and Derek McLachlan can help give you a run down of what each position requires and what roles may be suitable for you. Also feel free to talk to any of the other reps from this year. The system is simple. Nominations need to be in the 8th floor common room by Friday 15th of August. All you need is a friend to second your application and you are in the running! I hope to see plenty of interest, and dont be afraid send questions our way.
