Good morning, busy moms! We made it to Friday! I was wonderin there for a minute. :) Ive noticed that I constantly battle doing what I think I should do and what the Spirit tells me. A perfect example is taking our precious, passing moments as a family and not using all of them for chores or work. There must be a balance. On Wednesday, we had a busy day. I decided to forgo reading Bruchko (look it up, great story) for more important things until I went into the family room and saw all my kids sitting on the couch and floor waiting for me to read to them. My instinct was to say, Get up and start your math! We dont have much time today ... but the spirit said, This is more important. Busy mom, listen to that quiet voice. Character is more important the curriculum. A day in the snow with some hot chocolate will be the thing your kids will smile about when theyre older. Relationships matter. The list can wait.
