Good morning day off and all friends on facebook! Today even it is the holiday but I have to go to school to discuss the presentation about the case of Belgium Vs. Senegal. It is about the international wrongful act committed by Mr. Hessene Habre the former president of Republic of Chad that when we was holding the power, he committed the Crime Against Humanity, War Crime, Genocide, and the torture. After he was demoted from his power, he went to Republic of Senegal. Then the Belgium investigating judge propose the court Senegal ( Dakar Court) to prosecute or extradite Tagahe Mr. H. Habre but Senegalese court didnt follow the decision of African Union Court. Then Belgium filed this case to the ICJ. The final judgement of ICJ (International Court of Justic) decided that Senegal must sentence or extradite Tagahe nueng Lolzzzzzzzzzzzzz
