Good morning everyone!! As many of you know, I am currently working on completing my Advanced Section of Life Coaching at the Academy of Coaching Cognition. Our group is conducting research focused on the effectiveness of Coaching so if you have ever been a coach, know of someone who is a coach, or have been coached more than two times, please take a moment to read the letter and fill out a 5 minute survey. My name is Ele Radoslovich and I am currently enrolled in the Academy of Coaching Cognition Online School Program taught by Barbara Silva and Joanne Waldman. You are part of a unique group of coaching professionals; as such, your experiences and insights would prove helpful to our Leadership Dynamics study titled “Self-Evaluation of the Coaching Process for Coachees (Clients) and Coaches.” I am asking for your help in completing a brief survey questionnaire. This instrument asks coaches and coachees about their coaching experience and its applications to life. The survey will take less than ten minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential and individual responses will be reported anonymously. There are no risks or benefits to participants. If you decide not to complete the survey, you will not have to continue. Please complete only one survey as a coachee and only one survey as a coach.
