Good morning everyone, I just need some opinion regarding our genset at Palawan. We have 19x1.21MW mitsubishi and caterpillar units combined and 10 units are running as spinning reserves during peak hours with datakom controllers. Our problem is the high fuel consumption of these units even at higher loads and even after 2000RH and 4000RH PMS. We already check valve clearances and nozzle injection pressures. Although our units are for standby/prime uses but being utilized as continuous operation. Your opinion and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
