Good morning everyone. Marvin Daugherty with a quick Arthur update. Arthur is a Category 2 storm with sustained winds of 100 mph. The storm is moving into the Pamlico Sound just to the northeast of Cedar Island. It is moving northeast at 18 mph and will be off the Outer Banks by 6 am. Hurricane force winds will be felt along the Outer Banks through 6 am. Winds and rain will diminish later tonight. Sunny skies are on tap for Independence Day afternoon. witn/weather
