Good morning everyone feeling better today weather been getting to me but when I was at dr last week a lady mentioned she takes flaxseed oil it helped her so I asked doc and he said yes try it and let me say it REALLY has been helping thnk YOU GOD better than my arthrts meds and easier on tummy I take 1300 mg daily also I lost 4lbs this week without really trying been eating more but lost so yayayaya me made my first baby booties sooo proud working on purple ones now lol but wanted to ask for prayers for Cindy Columbo and Karen Mullins both not feeling well and also my son Ian Gabriel is going on church trip will be leaving at 1 from school going to peroria for concert hotel etc so for safe trip fun and all around safety Ben and I will disappear on sat for overnight for our anniversary yayaya and today im going to get hair cut scared so not sure what to do trim cut how etc praying lol and wanted to throw this out we still dont have name for granddaughter she wants unique A or D name I love aniston but really stuck we have tons but want something unique so if you can think of any let us know Abbie L Miller-Kenyon really needing help weve all gotton veto and outta names lol hope you all have wonderful day all my love thts and prayers everyone HUGS
