Good morning fb family & friends I am at Southern Regional this morning with Brittnee. Please keep her in your prayers for healing/restoration. The enemy is busy but we serve a mighty God. I am checking in at Registration at the guy whos doing the paperwork is asking me to sign her paperwork and I decline because she is coherent and can sign it herself. I just told him about a previous encounter at this hospital with me getting her bill by mistake and I DO NOT want that to happen again. He proceeds to tell me that since I am paranoid and that he is not going to argue the point.......I proceed to tell him HOLD UP young man and let me tell you about dealing with me....I will NOT accept less than the BEST service by you or no one else and I may not be dressed up but I demand respect and wil speak with the Medical Director (not your supervisor) about this encounter if your atttude doesnt change. He quickly apologized. I was RED HOTT but I kept my cool and I am proud of myself. You are messing with one of Gods favorite children. I dont PLAY about Customer Service and particularly when one of my children are sick!!!!
