Good morning followers the Rally Legends 2014 Championship starts today October 9th and runs until October 12th. It is being held in San Marino, Italy and can you imagine that their is a car in this rally flying an Antigua & Barbuda Flag. Yes its for real, it is authentic, the man behind the wheel of this Ford Focus is Carlo Falcone a born Italian but naturalized Antiguan and the proprietor of Antigua Yatch Club Marina in English Harbour. Mr. Falcone has been competing in this championship for several years and has been representing for Antigua with no knowledge to us as he never knew we existed and we were not aware of this. Nevertheless this has now been rectified. The Rally Legends is a rally event in which legends of rally racing participate and cars of legends are used in the rally. Now this Ford Focus that is flying the Antigua & Barbuda Flag and driven by Carlo Falcone is the exact same car not a replica, the authentic Ford Focus that Colin McRae drove when he won the World Rally Championship some years ago. So this car is considered a legend in the sport. Another exciting thing to mention is there is 2degree Antigua Legend Cup 2014 and the winner of this prize gets a week for 2 at the Antigua Yatch Club Marina Resort. There is also a boot at the Rally sponsored by Antigua Yatch Club Marina promoting Antigua.
