Good morning friends. I was thinking that Ive been under the influence of a high tension this entire year. Its finally starting to unwind a bit now. It hasnt responded to many hours of meditation, glasses of wine or visits to the hot springs either. Ive just had to live with it and it has been uncomfortable. Ive thrown myself into work this Summer which actually was a good thing as it gave my mind something positive to focus on. I had a feeling the Fall might be tough as it all started to wind down and settle. I am getting more used to being in this community, but still have plenty of How did I get here? and Who are these people? moments. ;) Ive lost plenty of people out of my personal life in this journey through the valley of death since 2013. For those who are still here, you know who you are and words do not effectively convey my love and gratitude. I know for many, this Summer (and year) has taken its toll physically, emotionally and spiritually. Its the New Moon in Virgo weekend. Heres our great cosmic reset button. I hope we all take advantage of its great healing potential. Cheers.
