Good morning friends! Just wanted to give you all an exercise tip: if your focus when exercising is weight loss (fat loss to be more specific), stay away from simple exercises or movements. These consist of exercises where only one joint is moving, such as curling and extension exercises. Do compound moves instead where multiple joints are engaged, as is the case with squats, bench press, and pullup/pulldown. This way more muscles are working during a particular exercise, meaning more calories are being expended. Now get out there and get active...because being healthy is an every day thing.
