Good morning friends and family. Seems as if winter has returned, it is rather chilly this morning, but if we keep moving, the body would produce enough heat to warm us up. Thank you Lord for the strength which allows us to use our limbs. Many do not have the luxury of limbs, thus restricting them to one place. Running water is always fresh. Water that stagnates brings illness and all types of insects thrive therein. That is in a natural sense. May the Lord help us not to stagnate in a spiritual sense. Let us keep His word and His promise alive within us so that we can be an example and a light to others. Have a wonderful day, keep warm and let nobody rob you of your joy. God bless and may His peace abide with us all.
