Good morning from Emily and Megan! Last night, President Obama gave his fifth State of the Union Address. In it, he laid out his agenda aimed at growing the middle class. He said to make that happen he plans on raising the minimum wage for some government contract workers, asking Congress to raise the federal minimum wage and creating a new federal retirement savings account. What do you think of his plans?
