Good morning guys! Saylar here with todays menu! Today we are at Covenant Hospice right across the street from OCharleys from 11am-2pm. Heres the menu! Club Cristo- thin sliced honey ham and melted smoked provolone served on a grilled croissant, brushed with maple syrup. The Grilled Brie- our take an awesome grilled cheese for the vegetarians! Brie cheese, thinly sliced apples, and arugula tossed in balsamic, served on grilled white bread. Chicken Salad Plate- two scoops of our homemade chicken salad served with crackers and fresh cut fruit, topped with craisins and pecans. Chicken Pesto Wrap- shredded chicken, creamy pesto sauce, shredded parmesan, and romaine lettuce.
