Good morning heres a WTSA News update Slippery driving conditions this morning. The National weather service warns Wednesdays rain and snow is subject to flash freezing conditions and additional care should be taken during your morning commute. One person was killed in a crash involving a tractor-trailer unit on Route 9 in Chesterfield last night. The crash remains under investigation, but police say the tractor-trailer slid off the side of the road and into the snow-covered embankment. Officers think the driver tried to get out of the truck, and when they arrived, they found him pinned underneath the vehicle. The man, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. Brattleboro select board members get ready for next weeks representative town meeting, and select board chair David Gartenstien says their status as a regional commerce center helps drive up taxes for residents. School issues will be discussed next Wednesday, and the annual meeting takes place March 22.
