Good morning my friends. I hope you all had a good and prosperous Friday. I had the rare privilege of being present and the honor to make pictures for the very first Excel Club in the state of North Carolina. Excel is a club that is a club of Exchange Club members that are still in high school. Apex High School Excel Club will forever be known as the very first one in our state and we fellow North Carolina District Exchange Club members are proud to welcome them into the family of the National Exchange Club. Vickie is still not feeling up to snuff…some of you older folks will have an idea what that means. In other words, she isn’t feeling too well. We just can’t seem to get rid of her rashes. We have had her to a doctor and dermatologist, and even me, Dr. Cotton, the Feel Good Man, just can’t seem to get her cured of this uncomfortable malady. Prayers for her will certainly be appreciated. When Mama don’t feel good, nobody feels good, either. She is usually the life of the party and to see her not enjoy herself to the fullest makes me awfully sad, too. But, life goes on and we will too, but a little prayer surely can’t hurt. I know God is probably busy up there in Heaven with all the war and conflict going on in the world and sometimes we don’t think He may have time for us too, but I just don’t believe that in a minute. God is all knowing; all caring, and all loving and I think he will find some time for our needs, too. I hope you all have a wonderful day without itchy rashes…a day filled with laughter would be a good one. Don’t forget to pray for one another, for our troubled country, for the war-torn Middle East, and please don’t forget to lift up a prayer or two for Vickie. God Bless!!
