Good morning my friends. I’ve been up since 3:45 and have been reading everybody else’s posts and let time slip away with me. I have to hurry now and get to Planet Fitness to continue my exercise routine. If I quit now, I’ll never get started back, you all know how that is. We had a great 4th of July holiday doing absolutely’ nothing, well, if you don’t count me going to WDM’ that’s (Wal-dang-mart) as nothing. It turned out to be major trip just trying to pay for the few things I got. They have installed a whole bunch of them ding-danged self-check-out things again and got rid of some people that could actually help you get out of the place faster. I tried, Lord, how I tried to use one of the blasted things, but it would not even ring up a doggoned watermelon because it didn’t recognize the number plastered on it. Every line was long, so I finally gave up and swore at the machine and loaded my stuff back up and told the young lady that was suppose to be helping customers figure the thing out, “The Heck with it,” and I got in a line with a live person to check me out. Thankfully, that didn’t take but twenty minutes. Personally, I think that was a step back for Walmart to put those things back in again, it just slows up the checking out process by eliminating real check out lines for the average dummy like me. Anyway, the only reason I still go to Walmart, since they are dropping Paula Deen, is to get my Great Value ginger snaps. Do you think they even had some, Noooo! They are getting on my list and had better watch out or I will quit going there at all. They can’t even stock their own brand of merchandise! I don’t know about you folks, but I just can’t start my day without my cheeses crackers and ginger snaps. If it wasn’t for the people-watching’s entertainment value, I’d probably have quit going to Walmart a lot earlier. I just need a good laugh from time to time and it’s a hoot just see how some people go out in public. Well, in spite of my little problem with Wallyworld, it was still a good day. I even got a chance to see my brother. He could surely use your prayers; he has hurt his lower back. I think he probably hurt it by working in the garden picking green beans. I sure hope it wasn’t the ones they gave me that threw his back out, I’d feel even worse for him. Time has flown this morning and I have to get ready to go exercise, it’s 4:30 already. Remember yesterday when I was talking about the queen taking a royal crap atop of her new flushing toilet? I might have been wrong about the date, but she was still probably the first person in history that actually had a royal flush and I didn’t even know the old lady played poker. But, you know what; I suspect that’s where people got the idea of calling their quality time spent in the bathroom as sitting on the throne. Have a good day and stay dry! God Bless!!
