Good morning to all my fb friends, A gracious thanks to all for such wonderful birthday wishes. An additional thanks to the ones that called. I am happy to have heard from so many, but in particular my ole friend David Ponessa, who no matter where I am, seems to find me on my Birthday. He is probably one of the sweetest men that I have been privileged to meet. As I share the same birthday as my husband Thomas Samuel, we made a decision to stay in and have a quiet and reflective birthday. We were blessed with beautiful showers of blessings in the morning, and a wonderful gesture, when one of our dearest friends brought us a tray, with two beautifully appointed plates for lunch, and rose on the tray. THAT WAS SUCH A LOVELY GESTURE, and one we will remember for a while. This beautiful women is always thinking out of the box, and i love her dearly. Thanks you Janine Edwards. We spent the day talking, wishing, praying, making what we hope is God anointed plans for our lives as we go forward. At eight pm, we passed on an invitation to go out to dinner, specifically to listen to the launching speech of Mrs. Everlee Bradley, the AUF representative for South Hill. She was great, and proud to say that our thinking is that she just may be the perfect candidate. Wishing her well, and if she stay the course she will do well. That is my prayer. There, I said it. We need level headed thinking politicians in Anguilla, and I do not care which party they come from, as long as they bring the right message and seem to have the island at heart, I am in your corner. DIS TING CALLED DE PARTY, AINT GOOD FOR NOBODY. I loved my birthday, and mostly because I was blessed to share it with my husband , and thank God for allowing me to spend it this way. No fan fare, no cake, no big hoopla, but probably the best birthday I have ever spent. The president of my board called and gave me today off. Thank you God. Yes, it was a great day. Love my FB friends. You guys are the best. Thanks to all.
