Good morning to all our followers Here is the forecast for Saturday Isolated to scattered showers and gusty thunderstorms developing in a band stretching from the northwest of the state into the central west and southeast interior, mostly during the afternoon. Isolated showers about the far northeast of the state and through Torres Strait. Isolated showers and thunderstorms developing about the west Peninsula coast late in the day. Some cloud persisting in the southwest though with little or no rainfall. A cooler day in the far southwest with moderate to fresh and gusty southwest to southeasterly winds. Warm over remaining western and southern districts with moderate to fresh northeast to northwesterly winds. Light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds elsewhere, fresh at times about the east tropical and central coasts. Fire Danger: High to Very High across the state. Source ~ Elders Weather
