Good morning, to sum it all up, this is the current situation, as far as we understand: 1. Telecuracao has acquired the exclusive rights to broadcast World Cup games on Curacao and Bonaire from a company who has acquired the rights for the whole Caribbean. 2. In the same deal TDS has received the exclusive rights to deliver the broadcast of World Cup matches via cable, regardless of which channel it broadcasts 3. NOS has the exclusive rights to broadcast World Cup matches in the Netherlands 4. Flow does not have rights to deliver the broadcast of World Cup matches 5. Flow does not have rights to broadcast World Cup matches 6. For TDS subscribers: you will certainly be able to see World Cup matches on Telecuracao. You may be able to see World Cup matches on NL 1 (NOS) but only if NOS does not block the feed. ESPN has already notified TDS to block their feed during WC matches. NOS hasnt yet, and the hope is they will not request it. 7. For Flow subscribers: You will not be able to see either Telecuracao or NL1 as Flow may not deliver any World Cup matches (unless TDS grants Flow permission...) 8. Where it says Flow you can also read Tres. 9. Direct TV is a different story as this is a satellite TV provider for which a different rights situation applies. 10. The only solution here is if Telecuracao and TDS sublicense the right to deliver World Cup matches to Flow. Unfortunately this takes cooperation and willingness from both sides, something these companies are not very well at. Correct us if were wrong!
