Good morning world...I have finally decided to gve up smoking.... As of the start of the year of course..󾌵󾌵 Yesterday during class we were doing a breathing exercise that is used for anger management... Yes who ever has anger issues ( and theres many that I know off ) you can calm yourself by doing a SQUARE exercise. Breathe in from the nose for 4 sec hold for 4 sec exhale from mouth for 4 sec and stop for 4 sec...ANYWAY... I realised I couldnt even do it bc of my smoking! This was my wake up call! So once I quit I know I will be a very angry person so I need to learn all these other techniques to control my nevra!! Ohhhh another thing. Drink lots and lots of water when angry. It calms you! Mmmm maybe thats why I dont drink water bc Im already a calm happy person! Lol Wonder if theres any exercises for people obsessed with FB? 󾌩󾌩 Enjoy the day people and remember... Be happy!
