Good morning world, Im,,,,,, at present making a delivery to a Sams Club, my apt on paper was set for 00:30 on my bills, the clerk says 01:30 either way, Im here at 21:30 Nov 30. Apps on Dec 1st Door locked to busy to answer the phone, they tell me they have to reschedule til tomorrow, after driving for the last 18 years as a driver youre more acceptable to stupidity, we cant answer the phone, we are busy, sign on the door reads you all are closed, open at 05:00 a.m. we dont come to look for you, that sign not for you its for fedx and ups, call the other store and see if the they still going to take you,,,,, i call the other store, they answered their phone, young man says to me, I dont understand, what difference does that make on their part, I have not a clue, I go back inside a lady that came in to start her shift says he was here last night, tones change, yes sir, back in sir, well get started, at the end he says next time ignore the sign, I say changes need to be made to your sign, your philosophy for your reasoning for not answering the phone needs to change, the blame game, the refusal of the load in the beginning shows a lack of trust that I was here when I said I was, and just ignorance and expectations that we the driver must go above and beyond a simple phone call and answer and a sign that states youre closed and Im parked at your door,,, listen you hear that, thats my truck,,,, it shows the attention to this process that you all give to your freight, not to mention you never thought o my loads not here shows you all was just hoping I didnt make it here on the 1st place
