Good news, Jake was retested yesterday (ACTH) and his cortisol levels are within normal range at 14.2 on 10mg Vetoryl per day. He is just over 20lbs. When he came to me, he was at 35.6, went to 23 on 5mg, and is now at 14.2 on 10mg. My vet also suggested Denamarin for liver support, so I have ordered that. Hopefully he can be maintained for awhile at this dose, he seems to be feeling great.
