Good news for fans of J.D. Salinger: The authors of a new biography on JD Salinger, the author best known for “The Catcher in the Rye,” claim posthumous Salinger works are coming our way. Starting sometime around 2015, a series of books written by Salinger will be released apparently the way Salinger intended, according to the authors behind the bio. The new books would revisit Holden Caulfield, the main character in “Catcher” as well as material from Salinger’s World War II years and the Glass family of “Franny and Zooey.” A longtime recluse who hadn’t published since the 1960s, Salinger was rumored to have written up until the years leading to his death in 2010.
