Good night everyone and here is my final thought for the night. When we fail we need to own it. Here is what I am talking about. I was shopping for socks and they were on sale online and I called and the person I spoke with at customer service told me that I could go into any store and give them the code and they would honor the price. Well when I got to the store it was a mess. I was told at first no sale and then I was told it was by color only. I told the person in charge that was kind of crazy. Well things went a bit south when he started to laugh at me and then it happened...I lapsed and was not nice. After I got off of the phone with customer service again things were as clear as mud. I felt bad and I told him I was sorry for how I spoke to him and we both laughed it off. I bought both guys dinner that night and when I started to leave the store again I said I was sorry and he said that this was the first time someone said they were sorry to him. Wow I told him that I had to own my actions and he said he did to. Life is to short to hold a grudge or stay made. We shook hands one more time before leaving and he said thanks for the dinner. Listen we are all going to fail and say or do something that we should not but what will matter in the end is if we took ownership of it and then said I am sorry for how I acted. I told you that I was the frog with the most warts. Thank you for loving me warts and all Love David
