Good point from Nicholas about the increasing number of residential properties being built in the town centre - from a slightly different perspective does this mean there is an increasingly less chance of new venues be granted late night licenses?. or would we be able to run events like Festival of Sound again? If the town center becomes a whole lot quieter as a result of new residential building is this a good thing for Horsham? repost from Nicholas: Out of curiosity ; a genuine question here. With the increasing number of residential properties being placed in the town centre. Should those residents have an expectation of noise abatement after 9 ? after 10 ? I cant imagine , from my own perspective, that I would buy a town centre property and have an expectation for peace and quiet. I would have thought the reason to buy into property in the town centre is exactly because you expect that you might take part in that environment.
