Good things about having a relationship. A relationship provides companionship, affection, entertainment, support, and caring. It allows us to share responsibilities and combine our abilities and assets: mental, physical, emotional, and financial. The Scripture says in Genesis 2:18,24 "It is not good for man to be alone. I will make a companion who will help him". Ecclesiastes 4:9-11 states, "Two are better than one, because they have a good [more satisfying] reward for their labor; For if they fall, the other can reach out and help. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! People who are alone when they fall are in real trouble. And on a cold night, two lie down together under the same blanket can gain warmth from each other. But how can one be warm alone?"
