Good work from two training groups last night: First our Lift & Jump lower body strength & power small group training - assessing peoples levels of strength, mobility and work capacity, introducing barbell front squats and split squats. Second group of longer-term clients involved some serious PB smashing, putting 10kg on Lucys back squat after 8 weeks of carefully planned accumulation into intensification programming... Enjoy this clip of last nights little finisher circuit after the Lift & Jump class!
