David Mark (Senate President), was acting within his powers as the Chairman of the National Assembly when he based on security reports yesterday, ordered the closure of the Complex! 2. The action of APC law makers yesterday was extra-judicial, barbaric, outlandish, despicable and capable of igniting the nation. 3. BARRISTER Aminu Tambuwal has not only lost his seat as the Speaker of the Federal House or Representatives but also his seat as a member of the House by the virtue of his defection from the PDP to APC when: a. The party was not in crises as to lead to factionalization. b. The party did not go into merger with any other party. These are the 2 grounds on which defection by legislators are allowed in the 1999 Constitution which was not written today. 4. There is a Federal High Court ruling on the matter which serves as a judicial precedence and until such judgement is upturned or reversed, it remains so. Let me have your contrary legal and constitutional views, please.
