Gooooood Saturday morning! Yes DAY 18! So each exercise gets repeated 3 times. And todays plank was 60 minutes. I fell short on the first two. But I made it all the way through on the third. Shaking and sweating all the way through. #Greensmoothie and hard boiled egg for breakfast I roasted a whole chicken last night. So I carved off some of the breast for my lunch. Along with sauted spinach (garlic and balsamic vin) and baked sweet potato. 8 push ups 60 sec plank 30 Mt climbers 15 tricep dips REPEAT 3X
