Gorgeous day here in southern Wisconsin... sunny and chilly, my kind of day. :) Did some shopping and then off to a park. I finally took the baby step of purchasing a Strathmore 200 series (good) drawing pad a few days ago. I also purchased some charcoal and graphite pencils. I took my second baby step today and went back to the park that Id cased a few days ago. Chose this simple bare tree to start with. Hubby read while I drew... listening to my new J. Mellencamp CD. It was a sweet time. So heres the tree I chose. SIMPLE... :) I LOVED it and cant wait to get out there with my drawing pad again... soon! Enjoy your weekend, my friends.
