Gorgeous vintage 1940s dress~AS-IS This beautiful dress NEEDS to be saved and after 10 years with me its time she goes to someone who has more time to take care of this!! Gabardine top and belt...shows some light fade..not bad at all as far as fading goes. Its her lovely wool skirt that has the real issues. As you can see in the pics the moths got to it. There are about 10 various holes in the front of the skirt. The back is fine. Someone once told me there were people that could re weave something like this, but sadly I havent looked for them yet. She fits so nicely..has padded shoulders, leather buttons and a nice little attached scarf tie at neck. Measurements: 17 flat across bust, pit to pit; 14 flat across waist; 46 long from shoulder to hem. $40. Plus ship
