Gosh I rushed and screwed up that fish recipe, here is edit: Dijon/lemon fish 1/4 dry white wine 2-1/2 T Dijon mustard 3-4 cloves garlic minced fine 1 T Lemon juice (duh) 1 t. dry Dill Weed (teaspoon not Tablespoon) 1 t. lemon pepper seasoning (another duh) Whisk all together Place 1 LB fish - I use either steel head trout or salmon, in 9 x 12 baking dish, sprayed with oil. Place in 400 degree oven for 15 20 minutes, then under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes.
