Gospel Reading at home today " Illusion Constantly create fantasies in our mind , we block our consciousness and refuse to accept the truth . We use various defense mechanisms , either consciously , or unconsciously, to avoid or reduce the events , things or the facts of our life that we are inadmissible . The " denial " is one of those psychological mechanisms , it appears as the first reaction to a loss or defeat . Therefore , we deny invariably to cushion the soul of emotional overload . The more illogical dreams , the fastest growing struggle to materialize them , certainly leading individuals to become trapped in a vicious circle , and as a result, suffer constant chronic frustrations and disappointment . The action of controlling others becomes , over time, into a knot that strangles slowly the dearest affections . If we continue to keep this manipulative attitude , we will soon extinguish the love of those who live with us . They will stay by our side for loyalty , affection and never for pleasure. We chose friendships inadequate and did not analyze its limitations and possibilities of giving, affection and sincerity and , when we got the stone of ingratitude and treachery on their part , culpamo them . Certainly , we forget that we are deluding ourselves that by wanting to give the creatures who can not and to act as we imagine it must act. We are on Earth to establish a dividing line between sanity and weaknesses , so it is essential to discern what it is we want to force reality of what truly is reality. Often we may be deluding ourselves to deny precious facts that would help us to realize the greatness of Life Providential working on behalf of our development. Hammed - The Pains of the Soul He who rises will be downgraded Spiritualism shows us another application of the same principle in successive incarnations , through which those who , in life, occupied the highest positions , down , into existence following the tiniest conditions , since they have dominated the pride and ambition. Do not seek , on Earth , the first places , or put you above the others , if not you would be compelled to go down .
