Got 2 small chickens today and want to cook them whole in the sc. I have seen a few recipes here and on the web site but I recall a discussion at some point about putting the chicken upside down to make it nice and moist. None of the recipes I found mentioned this. Anyone done it this way? I was thinking maybe putting some onion and potato and carrot in the bottom, adding the upside down chicken (rubbed with some garlic butter and one stuffed with a lemon, one with traditional stuffing). Do I need some liquid in the bottom or will enough be created to stop the veg sticking or burning? Many thanks... :)
