Got a check in the mail today for $34.43!!! Refund from Sketchers Settlement Fund. Apparently Shape Up shoes did not do what they advertised they did - Get a Better Butt. So I signed up on line and sent a picture of mine for proof probably a year ago. I got the check and I still wear my Shapes Ups to work every day. Wish I could buy a new pair as they are the best shoes for standing on your feet all day!
