Got a notification from Delta today needing to change a flight we had scheduled many moons ago. This is what it said...SEA to DET arrive DET 1:14 depart DET for wherever at 12:05pm. So WTF..call Delta, they say oh looks like you may be stranded in DET there are no other flights to get us to destination. No, Delta agent that will not happen. After a long time and with a very nice Delta agent we were finally able to book something via God knows where and we do not land at our origin point we did get a flight. This has caused us extra expenses, time, nights and aggravation. I do not think this is right that they can just change things whenever. Did ask for an upgrade and was told...no you paid for economy thats what you get
