Got a response from TLC after my complaint about the Katie Hopkins programme. Good Morning, Thank you for raising your concerns with us. Katie Hopkins has been vocal in the past with her strong views on obesity. This two-part documentary will confront her attitudes and put her beliefs to the test by following her physical and emotional journey, whilst exploring the broader issues of body image in our society. Katie has been supported by a medical team throughout her personal challenge and she does accept that there are medical conditions that affect peoples’ weight adversely. ITVs This Morning interviewed Katie on 1 September and wed strongly recommend you try to view the interview as it gives a good insight into her experiences.
