You owe it yourself and your kids to go see Fed Up, a movie about the obesity epidemic and the part sugar, processed foods and the government plays in it. Its totally insane. As a 37 year old raised on cereals, granola bars, ice cream, Pop Tarts, Kool Aid, ketchup, peanut butter & jelly, etc…this movie blew my mind. Did you know you can be skinny and be obese on the inside, on the track to diabetes? Did you know 80% of our public schools have contracts with fast food companies?
