Got my workout routine done early afternoon (see my sweat pic and all the yummy foods below) :). B: whole wheat pita w/hardboiled egg/turkey/mozzarella cheese stick/cucumbers/ ½ tomato and a cup of green tea w/lemon & raw honey. L: vanilla shake w/unsweetened almond milk/strawberries/ 1/3 banana/1tsp. almond butter. S: hardboiled egg/mini sweet bell pepper/8 wild rice crisps (I don’t care much about the chips, but I sampled those at Costco after reading the label & they are really good and healthy (anyone interested the name is “Wild Riceworks”, riceworks)), apple & little of watermelon later in the evening. D: romaine lettuce tacos w/lean ground beef, black beans, low sodium salsa, lime and cilantro. Water intake: 64 oz & still drinking. :)
