Got out of Hospital mid day Mon July 7th......Still very very rough, dont like having to take all these strange RXs. Going to set my fitness and life programs back quite a bit, no jumping right back at it.......Had to quit the IF Diet for a while. It would not have been so bad but two separate back to back things just wiped me out, the Gastro Virus and then the Pneumonia.... Thanx for all the support, I can feel the love and will try my hardest to get back on track. You know when you get older these things can jump on you and really change life, hope this isnt how its going to be more often....Getting OLD SUCKS!!
