Got reply from DGS: Query: Sir, Myself SUSHIN SURENDRAN, INDoS NO: 12EL0228 ,DATE OF BIRTH : 12/05/1989,CDC NO:MUM209971 I am From Engineering Wing,cleared my MEO CL IV [B] on October 2014. Cleared Orals in August 2014 and Writtens in October 2014.But my name is not included in Written +Oral result of October 2014 published on 11/12/2014 in DGS website. Can you please check the same and inform me why so happened.Without that result whether I can apply for COC ?? If can apply, will there be any delay for issuing the COC ?? Whether needed to attach an extra request letter through Surveyor,Cochin MMD to avoid any delay that may occurs. Previously,some people with same scenario applied for COC from Cochin MMD on 14th September 2014 and havent received COC till the date,while others who applied with them received COC by 24th October 2014. So please check for the mistake in my result,so as to avoid further delay.And guide me to solve the issue. Going to apply for COC at Cochin MMD on 16/12/2014. Awaiting reply REPLY : Dear sushin, We will have to check with Mmd Kochi for not including your name in all pass candidates list. In the mean time please check with Mmd and apply for coc. Unless the your name appears in all pass candidates list from Mmd kochi the coc will not be prepared at DGS.
