Got the first wall built in the chicken coop today---fun times--not a straight wall anywhere---after a bit of fudging, it is in!! Been a while since I ran a manual hammer!! Trying to reuse/repurpose old materials can be an adventure!! Need some old chicken wire to fill in the tops of the walls, feeders, lights, waters. Got to move a bit more stuff before I can finish walls, run wiring, then seal it so critters cant get to my chickens! Got to love building on the fly!! Also got the baby time out chairs painted today--got 2 to finish by Wednesday, as I will be working in KC the rest of the week! Made Red beans and rice tonight, but havent tested them yet--smell good though!
