Got the new Texas Power Bars in at the gym and it was deadlift day on my new routine! I wanted 565 for 3 sets of 5, but due to my injury I was only able to hit 2 pain free. Going for Physio tomorrow though so hopefully that helps. After calling my deadlifts earlier I decided I will do a reduced volume day 1 of smolov and hit 2 sets of 9 at 70%.
