Got this 1923 Dietz Vesta but no matter what I do I cant get rid of this smoking point on the right side of the flame. Ive used two different wicks and cut them flat, cut corners and even rounded but the flame shape didnt change at all. The tubes arent blocked and I cant see anything obviously wrong with the burner or cone on that side. Another strange thing I noticed was that over time the flame keeps getting larger to the point of smoking. It doesnt stabilize. I keep lowering the wick until it goes way down into the wick tube but it still keeps happening...weird!
