I got 194 request for refund from paypal complain system, it is exactly official system, and I got 142 request for refund from personal paypal account, it is lack of information. We refunded already someone we can now. And we are trying to arrange the money for VIPP refund. First, I make a list that is your request from paypal system or paypal account. And I compare the list with original one. After we arrange enough the money, we send e-mail and refund your money via paypal. I am sorry that K-Culture Festival is cancelled again.
